Austin Boyd
Mr. Boyd has 48 years of corporate, federal, and private experience as an entrepreneur, engineer, aviator, speaker, and community advocate. He has won multiple $B in federal procurements, written or managed more than 750 proposals, published 28 technical articles, and authored 6 novels. Mr. Boyd has 27 years of corporate experience leading business development for both large and small businesses, as well as 21 years of service in the U.S. Navy as a pilot and spacecraft engineer. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Physiology from Rice University, and a Masters’ degree in Spacecraft Systems Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School. He was the 2024 awardee for the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) Julian Davidson Leadership Award in Missile Defense and Space Technology.
Dr. Joe Green
Dr. Joe Green
Dr. Green is a retired Army Military Intelligence officer with a highly distinguished career with 44 years of experience in executive leadership, intelligence operations and analysis, organizational management, training and project development, and human resources development. Dr. Green’s most recent role was President of Davidson Technologies. Dr. Green holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the United States Military Academy, a Masters’ degree in Organizational Management, and a PhD in Management and Leadership.
Tom Houser
Tom Houser
After a career as an Army Aviator and Program Manager, Mr. Houser has 38 years in the Aerospace and Defense Industry. He has served in a variety of executive positions primarily as President and Chief Operating Officer. An area of particular interest is advising companies in startup and turnaround stages. Late in his military career, he was one of the earliest members of the new Strategic Defense Initiative where he headed ground-based kinetic energy weapons. Mr. Houser has a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Economics from the University of Tampa and a Masters’ degree in Electronic Warfare Systems Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School.

Briseida Ruelas is the Chief Financial Officer at Synovix, Inc., where she brings over two decades of expertise in financial leadership, accounting, and operational excellence. Her career spans key roles including Accounting Manager, Assistant Controller, and Director of Accounting, primarily within the banking industry, where she honed her skills in financial reporting and team development.
Briseida earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Athens State University and has proudly called the Huntsville, Alabama area home for more than 20 years. Originally from Mexico, she is deeply committed to community engagement and leverages her bilingual and bicultural background to support inclusive initiatives across North Alabama. She is a graduate of the Civic Engagement Academy for the City of Huntsville and actively volunteers with organizations that promote cultural awareness and diversity. Outside of her professional and volunteer work, Briseida enjoys recreational running and is an active member of her local church.
Jeff Anderson
Jeff Anderson
Jeffrey S. Anderson serves as Chief Technology Officer of Synovix, bringing more than two decades of experience driving innovation across advanced electro-optical, infrared, and multi-domain defense systems.
At Synovix, he leads technology strategy, capture execution, and product innovation across optical sensors, missile seekers, directed energy, RF applications, and advanced C5ISR solutions. His efforts have supported over $1 billion in contract awards, including critical pursuits such as AIM-9M optical domes, SIAW, and next-generation threat detection systems.
Before Synovix, Jeff held senior leadership roles at HGH USA/Electro Optical Industries, Teledyne, L3Harris, and Lockheed Martin, where he contributed to programs including JSF DAS, LAIRCM, JATAS, and advanced targeting pods. His career spans the full lifecycle from R&D through production, combining technical depth with strategic growth.
Lindsay Harbin
Lindsay Harbin
Lindsay Harbin is the Human Resources Manager at Synovix, Inc. She has over 20 years of experience in administration, leadership, and human resources. Lindsay holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with an emphasis in Human Services and is passionate about people and their well-being both in the workplace and at home. In her spare time, you will find her with her dog on a Search and Rescue team, training, hiking the hills and working to bring missing people back to their loved ones across the United States.
