Evaluations of personal value systems showcase an individual’s decision making, judgment, and noticing capacity. Tailored for law enforcement officers and careers federal servants this tool provided a first ever ability to objectively assess the “heart” of a federal servant and conjunction with evaluation of career qualifications.
