NGB Youth Challenge (Workforce Innovations)
Synovix provides compliance verification of the National Guard Youth Challenge Program (NGYCP) which is currently comprised of 39 Youth Challenge Programs (YCPs) and six Job Challenge Programs (JCPs) in 31 states and territories. The YCP is a multi-phased intervention program targeting high school dropouts. It consists of a structured, disciplined residential phase focused on education and life skills followed by a year-long post-residential phase using trained mentors to support graduates engaged in positive placement. The YCP uses military-like discipline and training along with educational instruction, experiential learning, and mentoring to improve the education, life skills, discipline, and employment potential of participants. The JCP is an optional job skills phase for YCP graduates under the age of 21. The JCP is a flexible, five to 10-month residential program where graduates pursue locally in-demand job certifications.

Hardware in the Loop Modeling & Simulation Development (HMSD)
Synovix supports a broad industry team on a seven-year single award IDIQ contract for engineering services to support the full life cycle development and sustainment for the for the United States Army Combat Capability Development Command (CCDC) Hardware in the Loop (HWIL), Force Protection (FP), Trainers, and Virtual, Interactive and Multimedia (VIM) systems. Representative HWIL, FP, Trainers, and VIM products include systems, subsystems, components and software versions and hardware configurations that meet a measurable and testable set of requirements.

Synovix supports a small business team that provides rapid development, design, prototyping, demonstration, scenario development, experimentation and evaluation, integration, testing, technical installation, initial operations, and cyber technologies. We support cyber defense, cyber operations, cyber network exploitation, cyber situational awareness, cyber command and control, cyber modeling, simulation, and wargaming, cyber infrastructure, and cyber mission assurance.
Design, Development, Demonstration & Integration (D3I)
Synovix is a subcontractor to prime contractors in all three D3I domains supporting the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC) / Army Strategic Command (ARSTRAT). This multi-year IDIQ contract conducts research for the development of hardware components and software solutions for space, high altitude and the aerial layer, integrated missile defense, cyber and information operations, information integration and data exploitation, and enhanced Warfighter capabilities to meet USASMDC/ARSTRAT’s mission goals.
TEAMS Next Intelligence and Counter Insider Threat
Synovix supports a team that provides the Missile Defense Agency all-source intelligence on current and emerging threats for use by missile defense developers, operators, and Agency leadership. Counter-Insider Threat services include data acquisition, analysis, and collaboration to identify and mitigate potential insider threats to the Agency’s personnel, information, and technologies.
BMDS Advanced Technology Mission Assessment Architecture (BATMAA)
Synovix supports a team providing applied research and advanced technology development (not related to the development of a specific system or hardware procurement) for the Missile Defense Agency. This contract focuses on development and demonstration of the next generation technologies to intercept ballistic missiles across the battle space, discriminate in all phases of the kill chain, and reduce the number of interceptors required to defeat a raid.
Electronic Security Systems (ESS) VII
Synovix supports a team providing world-wide electronic security systems support to the Department of Defense and other Federal agencies and customers. ESS activities include engineering, procurement, installation, testing, and maintenance. The ESS VII contract is managed by the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers (USACE), Engineering and Support Center.
Global Tactical Advanced Communication Systems II (GTACS II)
Synovix is a subcontractor on a team providing services and data for development and/or procurement of hardware and software that can be integrated, tested, fielded, and supported in networked battle command systems. This contract supports all PEO C3T systems and may be used by other agencies and organizations in support of their missions.
